For Authors
Submit ManuscriptFor a complete submission, authors should include their manuscript and a CV or resume. Cover letters are appreciated but not required. Single-spaced manuscripts with 1.5 inch margins are preferred, but double-spaced manuscripts with 1-inch margins are acceptable. Authors should use footnotes, not endnotes. Footnotes should follow the style set forth in the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
The Law Review does not consider submissions written by outside students. Except under unusual circumstances, the Law Review does not publish articles that have or are scheduled to appear in other publications. The Law Review author agreement grants it the exclusive license to publish for one year after publication. Authors, however, retain all copyrights in the submission.
